Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle all requests including (but not limited to) new policy setup, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and queries, ensuring they are processed in line with checklists and coordinated with relevant departments for timely resolution. Adhere to underwriting, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including proper screening of documents, reporting suspicious transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Follow the Authority Matrix and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly, referring deviations to the appropriate authority for approval. Carry out policy issuance and administration activities, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs) are consistently met. Ensure policy documents, terms & conditions, endorsements, and service requests are processed accurately and efficiently. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Licentiate or Associate Certificate from CII is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
