Extended leave taken by two existing GPs has created an immediate requirement for additional clinical support. The practice is seeking both full-time and part-time General Practitioners to maintain patient access and continuity of care during this period.

Role:

• Provide comprehensive, patient-focused general practice care within a mixed billing environment.
• Manage a high-demand appointment schedule with an established Preston-based patient population.
• Work autonomously within a supportive, privately owned practice structure.
• Flexible working arrangements, with optional weekend sessions available if desired.

Duties:

• Deliver high-quality primary healthcare across a broad range of presentations.
• Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and general family medicine
• Collaborate closely with nursing and allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards.

You’ll have

• FRACGP or equivalent Specialist Registration with AHPRA
• A minimum of 2 years’ recent Australian general practice experience
• Comfort working in a mixed billing clinic environment
• Strong patient communication skills and a commitment to quality care
• Women’s health interests desirable but not essential
