Our company is expanding, and we have two roles available:
Medical Receptionist and Patient Liaison Officer.

We are seeking two individuals who bring a bubbly, friendly, can-do attitude , take pride in going above and beyond, and are genuinely motivated by making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
This is a full-time 5 day per week role

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our clinic , delivering high-quality, attentive service that reflects our premium standard of care .

You will support clear communication across the team and help ensure every client and family experiences a smooth, respectful, and well-coordinated journey through our services.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing positively to a respectful, collaborative team culture
  • Delivering warm, professional client communication via phone and email
  • Managing and optimising daily and weekly diaries (healthcare experience essential)
  • Client onboarding and maintaining high service standards
  • Managing patient administration, including intake, documentation, payments, and coordination
  • Working closely with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth workflows
  • Using Microsoft Office, Excel, and practice management systems to streamline processes
  • Adapting confidently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

About You

You will bring:

  • You take pride in your professionalism, enjoy building rapport with clients, and have the maturity and life experience to handle sensitive situations with care.
  • Proven experience in medical reception or client-facing healthcare administration
  • Strong diary management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Empathy, professionalism, and confidence when working with mental health clients
  • Tech-savvy capability; experience with Cliniko, Zanda, or similar is essential
  • Full-time availability to work on-site
