ChoiceOne is currently seeking experienced and motivated Medical Receptionists. Whether you are seeking a long term or short-term role, we offer both temporary and permanent positions within specialist medical practices across Perth. As a medical Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for patients on arrival. You are the friendly professional patients trust and count on and the person who keeps everything in the practice running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and making sure they feel welcome
• Managing phone calls, emails and assisting patients with any concerns they may have
• Managing schedules and patient bookings
• Processing invoices and payments and making sure all patient records are up to date
• Handling standard administrative tasks

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a medical receptionist role
• Proficiency using Genie and Best Practice software
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must
• Strong Computer skills
• Organisational skills with eye for detail
