Medical Recruitment Coordinator (Doctors Hiring)

Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION
· Responsible for placing the highest priority on sourcing, recruiting and hiring qualified interested
candidates (Medical Doctors) for various international healthcare job assignments.
· Continuously striving to meet the goals set by the international recruitment division of Habsons
Jobsup Ltd.
· Communicate with Recruitment Managers to determine the client specific recruitment
requirements,
which includes advise on the best sourcing practices
· Coordinate and drive recruiting process, ensuring there is an effective mobilization of quality
applicants (Medical Doctors) for the posted positions;
review applications to select potential
candidates for the position requisitions;
professionally conduct preliminary interviews and
recommend candidates for second interview with the designated interviewing manager or the
visiting interview delegation.
