BASIC FUNCTION


·      Responsible for placing the highest priority on sourcing, recruiting and hiring qualified interested

candidates (Medical Doctors) for various international healthcare job assignments. 

·      Continuously striving to meet the goals set by the international recruitment division of Habsons

Jobsup Ltd. 

·      Communicate with Recruitment Managers to determine the client specific recruitment

requirements,

which includes advise on the best sourcing practices

·      Coordinate and drive recruiting process, ensuring there is an effective mobilization of quality

applicants (Medical Doctors) for the posted positions; review applications to select potential

candidates for the position requisitions; professionally conduct preliminary interviews and

recommend candidates for second interview with the designated interviewing manager or the

visiting interview delegation.

·      Know and support the policies and goals of the client organization and properly document any

issues or problems related to the prospective candidates, then assure that management is made

aware of any problems or issues.


MAJOR JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES


Recruiting Functions –

·       Place the highest priority on sourcing, recruiting and mobilizing Healthcare Professionals (Medical

Doctors) for our esteemed international clients.

·       Identify to management any obstacles to achieving recruitment goals and recommend

improvements

in order to reach goals.

·       Maintain continuous contact with recruitment managers, informing them of the progress toward

identifying qualified candidates.

·       Work and partner with outside associates to find out the potential candidates, interested in

overseas employment.

·       Maintain current status of position, ensuring all interview notes, disposition notes, candidates

records, and all other paperwork are retained in documentation file.

·       Conduct primary verification of documents, experiences, and reference checks of potential

candidates, as required.

·       Extend employment offers to the applicants selected by the client and take their job offer

acceptance to start further documentation and visa process.


Project Assistance –

·        Participate in the activities associated with a variety of healthcare recruitment projects, ensuring

established timelines are met

·        Prepare reports, material and documentation as requested / required.

·        May update project plan in consultation with higher management.

·        Create and maintain organized project files.

·        Provide project lead with status reports throughout assigned projects detailing project status and

timeline.

Team Interfaces  

·       Establish and maintain a professional relationship with Internal / external customers, team

members and department contacts.

·       Cooperate with recruitment team members (Executives & Associates) to meet the recruitment

goals or complete tasks.

·       Treat all internal/external customers, team members and department contacts with dignity

/respect

Problem Resolution 

·       Proactively oversee the activities involved in the resolution of problems related to area of

responsibility.

·       Responds to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency, and

directs/escalates to the proper source for information and follows up as appropriate.

·       Report to senior management any situation outside your control that could adversely impact the

services being provided.

·       Place the highest priority on providing quality recruitment services by ensuring the unique needs

of our overseas clients are met.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES


Required Candidate profile


Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualification and experience criteria.


·      Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related

areas with proven experience in a professional office environment.

·      Preferred candidate should be from Talent Acquisition background so as to have a better

understanding of metrics. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in the Recruitment of

Nurses in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

·      Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

·      Proven experience with office software such as Microsoft Office, Power Point - Ability to make

interactive presentations and Generate Reports via Excel etc.

·      Should have good command over electronic communication modes and effective utilization of

social & professional networking sites - LinkedIN, etc

·      Proven experience in Documentation and Presentation

  • MIS expert, making reports

·      Project Planning skills (preferred), Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.

·      Should be proactive, having Professional Presence and Leadership skills

·      Ability to work with people in multiple roles in a firm

·      Attention to details even under pressure

·      Maturity and responsibility.
