Responsibilities

  • To achieve territory sales objectives and growth targets through effective and timely execution of promotional programs and tactical plans.
  • Achieve monthly and YTD peso sales targets of the assigned territory.
  • Meet the required number of quality calls on the set and agreed frequency per customer class.
  • Attain and maintain effective selling skills and strong product knowledge based on agreed standards.
  • Maintain professionally balanced relationships with all customers (Doctors and Allied Medical Personnel) and co-employees within his/her territory.
  • Organize workload and carry out necessary and required administrative duties.
  • Observe proper conduct and decorum that benefits his/her position in accordance with Company Work Rules and Policies.
  • Develop new and maintain existing territory business accounts.
