· Proven knowledge of market dynamics, along with an established connection with stakeholders.



JOB DESCRIPTION

· Establish and Develop Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.



· Account Management: Support and develop existing accounts, attend medical operations and provide technical support for healthcare professionals.



· Target Achievement: Conduct budgeting & planning to achieve agreed upon targets.



· Market Monitoring: Monitor competition activity by updating information related to their products, prices and services.



· Technical Knowledge: Maintain a high level of technical knowledge related to assigned products.



· Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.



· Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve customer complaints.



· Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product launches.



· Inventory Management: Maintain hospital stocks and ensure product availability as needed.



· Documentation and Follow-Up: Follow up on POs, invoices and documents related to his/her account.
