Role Overview:


We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative to drive new account acquisition and manage key relationships. The role involves identifying, acquiring, and onboarding clinics and modern trade accounts for our D2C range.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and reach out to potential clinics, modern trade accounts.
  • Drive new account acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, resolving queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Report market insights, competitor activities, and feedback to management.


Requirements


  • 5–6 years of sales experience in Pharma, Derma-cosmetics, or Retail healthcare.
  • Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Sales Executive, or Sales Manager is a plus.
  • Strong network in dermatology, cosmetology, modern trade or related healthcare segments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.



Location: New Delhi (with travel as required)


Compensation : Competitive (Fixed + Incentives)
