Medical Scribe

Overview We are hiring an experienced Medical Scribe to support US-based healthcare providers with real-time clinical documentation. Prior medical scribing experience and hands-on use of Athena (Athenahealth) EHR are required. Key Responsibilities Document patient encounters accurately in Athena EHR Capture HPI, ROS, exams, assessments, and plans Prepare and complete charts in compliance with HIPAA Communicate clearly with providers to ensure accurate documentation Requirements Previous medical scribing experience (2 years minimum required) Experience using Athena EHR (required) Strong medical terminology knowledge Excellent typing speed and attention to detail Experience supporting US-based providers with EXCELLENT English communication Application Requirement – Video Submission (Required) To be considered, applicants must submit a 1–2 minute Loom video explaining: Why you are a strong fit for this role Your medical scribing and Athena EHR experience Your salary expectation Send your Loom video link to: ⚠️ Applications without a video submission will not be considered.
