- Requirements: MBBS + MHA / MBA or equivalent

- Experience: 8+ years

- Location - Bangalore

- CTC - Up-to 30LPA (Negotiable depends upon experience)

- Reporting Authority - Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Providing overall direction and vision for the hospital.

- Operational Management: Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and workflow.

- Clinical Oversight: Supervising clinical departments and medical/non-medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.

- Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs and protocols.

- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

- Business Development: Contributing to the growth and profitability of the hospital.

- Patient Experience: Working to enhance patient satisfaction and create a positive hospital environment.

- Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of healthcare professionals.

- Financial Management: Overseeing hospital budgets and financial performance.

- Community Engagement: Participating in community health initiatives and outreach programs.
