As a valued Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service, answering phones, and coordinating bookings and results for pre-employment medicals and assessments. 


As the first point of contact, some of your duties will include:-

  • Answering a wide variety of enquiries relating to new referrals and medical appointments.
