Job Description

Role Summary

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the MTO team.

  • Assist in the analysis of pathology samples, including preparation of instrumentation, reagents, and samples in accordance with laboratory protocols.

  • Take an active role in materials management, including receipting, storage, stock control, and monitoring of laboratory consumables.

  • Oversee the flow of specimens through the laboratory, supporting clinical workflow by providing guidance and assistance to the MTO staff cohort as required.

  • Assist in leading the MTO staff cohort in the coordination and delivery of laboratory trial work, working alongside senior laboratory staff.
