Responsibilities

The Medical Technologist II develops and monitors test systems, and performs and interprets laboratory tests for the diagnosis and care of neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution and applicants must be eligible for an appropriate certification examination.Acceptable certifying agencies include: ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHS (HEW)
