Job Description
Responsible for supporting the successful execution of medical writing projects, including manuscripts, slide decks, e-learning materials and German HTA/AMNOG dossier submission. This role requires seamless integration into co.faktor, specifically within the co.medical team, which operates in a fully remote environment.
**As a Medical Writer your responsibilities will include:**
+ Research and analyze clinical and epidemiological data
+ Create and ensure quality of medical-scientific content, including benefit dossiers for the AMNOG process, publications, brochures, slide decks, and e-learning materials
+ Manage projects in Medical Communications
+ Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across Market Access, Medical Writing, and Patient Relations
+ Participate and contribute to internal corporate and training meetings
+ Develop and/or engage in marketing initiatives such as webinars and LinkedIn posts to strengthen the brand recognition of co.faktor and Cytel
+ Occasional travel may be required

**Education** **:** Master’s degree in relevant scientific-, medical-, or health-economic field. MBA, MD, or PhD desirable.
**Experience:** Prior medical writing experience is desirable, specifically in the field of Healthcare Communication, but not mandatory.
**Skills:**
+ Proficiency in the use of basic- and collaborative office IT programs like Apps included in the Microsoft365 suite
+ Ability to work independent in a remote setting while setting priorities across multiple projects in agreement with the responsible project leader
+ Adaptability to integrate into internal project team dynamics and work processes
+ Affinity for medical writing and a general interest in accomplishing a fact-base from multiple sources
+ General curiosity applied to problem solving
+ Interest in client interactions with willingness to present results in front of a small audience
+ Attention to detail to deliver work-outputs with limited need for re-work
+ Ability to listen to client guidance, separate must haves from need to haves, and translates client comments into an action plan
