**Position Description**:

- Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)
- The Patient Care Coordinator 2 (PCC2) is a fully remote role that is responsible for answering incoming calls, returning missed calls, calling patients to inform of referral, schedule and confirm appointments.
- They are expected to promote excellent customer service over the phone while performing a variety of functions and assisting in any over-the-phone related duties.
- Comprehensive training provided
**Schedule**:
- Monday - Friday with rotational Saturdays
- 8 am - 5 pm CT

**Requirements**:
- 1 year of relevant customer service/front office/call center experience required
- **Must be in the US Central Time Zone**:
- **English and Spanish fluency required**:
- A+ customer service-oriented attitude, charisma, and excellent bedside manner.

- Tech savviness/Experience with an EMR system and Google Workspace
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear drug screening and background check
