We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coding Specialist focused on Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately coding medical records to ensure compliance with HCC guidelines, thus supporting quality patient care and facilitating appropriate reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records to ensure accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures in compliance with HCC guidelines.
