We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer and Administrator to manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform. This role will be responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support of the ServiceNow ecosystem to ensure effective and efficient IT service delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience in ServiceNow development and administration, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement and maintain new modules and enhancements in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)(currently only ITSM)
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and notifications.
