Medium Python Developer and Tester

Key Accountabilities

· Application Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications, APIs, and backend services
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions

· Test Development & Execution:

• Create and maintain automated and manual test cases for Python applications
• Develop unit, integration, and regression tests using Python testing frameworks
• Validate business logic, data processing, and system integrations

· Quality Ownership:

• Embed quality into the development lifecycle through early testing and code reviews
• Identify defects, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Champion testing best practices within the team
