<p>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Analyse weekly/monthly MIS and business dashboards covering Sales, SCM, Finance, Manufacturing, R&D, and HR.<br/><br/>- Identify trends, red flags, and performance gaps - and turn numbers into actionable strategies.<br/><br/>- Conduct detailed market research, competitive intelligence, pricing studies, and strategic scenario planning.<br/><br/>- Build business cases for new markets, product portfolios, BD opportunities, and investments.<br/><br/>Partner to the Chairman:<br/><br/>- Shadow the Chairman in key reviews, investor/board interactions, and strategic meetings.<br/><br/>- Question assumptions, sharpen proposals, simplify complexity.<br/><br/>- Ensure commitments from meetings translate into measurable outcomes.<br/><br/>Execution:<br/><br/>- Drive cross-functional transformation projects with clear timelines and acc...
