About the Role
Our European client, one of the world's largest dedicated fund manager within greenfield renewable energy investments and a global leader in offshore wind, who operates from key locations across the globe, is currently looking for a Talent Senior Associate to join Global Capability Centre in Gurugram, India. Seeking a dynamic and highly articulate Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to manage strategic hiring initiatives for the rapidly expanding GCC in Gurugram. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a nuanced understanding of talent ecosystems, exemplary stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a polished approach to candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with cross functional and global stakeholders to assess talent requirements and ensure timely, cost-effective fulfilment aligned with business priorities
What you will do?
- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment processes across functions, including sourcing, resume
- screening, conducting preliminary interviews assessing both technical capabilities and cultural alignment, and closing candidates
- Partner closely with business leaders and global stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs and translate them into actionable hiring strategies
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and market intelligence
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice
- Implement best practices for candidate experience to ensure a positive recruitment journey
- Strive to improve efficiencies around operational metrics including time to fill, quality of hires and discretionary spend
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and contribute to building a diverse and high-performing workforce
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting through dashboards, MIS, and executive presentations tailored to stakeholder needs
What you bring?
- 5-9 years of experience of working with Global Capability Centres, end-to-end recruitment and should have hired for F&A roles including (CTR, OTC and PTP) is mandatory.
- Education: Graduate and above
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Experienced in hiring of service delivery roles in finance, accounting, legal, etc.
- Advanced experience in GCS set up
- Proven track record of managing complex hiring mandates and delivering results in dynamic, fast paced settings
- Proven experience in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, including Workday CRM,
- LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, to inform and optimize recruitment strategies
