Skills for Walk-in:

1. Talent Acquisition - Onboarding Specialist (2 to 6 Years)

Must Have – Onboarding process, from Welcome email, contingency launch and monitoring, establishing start date, scheduling Orientation and Day 1 letter. For detailed JD please click on the below link

2. HR System Administrator (2 to 5 Years)

Must Have Skill – A detail-oriented and technically proficient HR systems administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors). For detailed JD please click on the below link

3. Background Verification (Screening & Vetting) (1 to 6 Years)

Must Have Skill – Initiate, track, and complete background checks (employment history, education verification, criminal records, credit checks, etc.) for new hires and existing employees. For detailed JD please click on the below link

Eligibility Criteria & Mandatory documents to carry:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education ( 10 + 2 + 3 )
• Non-technical graduation in any stream (finance/ accounts stream are more preferrable)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts
• Candidates must have a registered EP ID (created from Https://ibegin.tcs.com/iBegin )
• Candidate must carry a copy of their updated resume.
• It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
• Please carry 2 photocopies of original Aadhar or PAN card
