Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

β€’ Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts


Position Overview:

This position will provide Personal Cross Border/International remote work support to the client/employee and other stakeholders with high level of efficiency, effectives and focus on employee data. The specialist will manage the group mailbox and SharePoint for the incoming requests and assist with collaborate with various functional team (Immigration, Tax and GTC). Process involved submitting requests facilitate the urgent requests and communicate the outcome with employee.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of the International remote work regulations (involves employees working from a different country than their employment country)
  • Working and managing Group mailbox and SharePoint is must.
  • Writing emails and providing clarification to the employees on policies,
  • Collaborating with stakeholders for any exceptional/new scenario.
  • Global mobility experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient commination skillset and stake holder management must.
  • Preparing and publishing weekly and monthly reports of all transactional processed.
  • Understand the concept of SLA’s and adherence to it.
  • Able to handle work as an individual contributor on this role and at the same time be a team player.
  • Experience in handling pilot transition/Knowledge transfer exposure will be a good value addition.
  • Should have the ability to present date in a logical manner and client facing exposure in a must.

Formal Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications) (Must Have)
  • Microsoft SharePoint Experience (Must Have)
  • Service Now Experience (Must Have)
  • Experience in Managing and helping Clarify HR policies to employees. (Must Have)
  • Workday Experience (Good to Have).


Working Conditions

  • Flexible to work 24*7 shift timings.
  • Work from office (No work from home)

Agile to extended work hours when needed to meet deadlines without prompting.
