We are currently seeking a Melt Helper at our facility in Monroe, NC. As a Melt Helper, you are an integral part of a successful team that is responsible for supporting our operations in the Nickel Melt Shop.

As a melt helper, you will be responsible for assisting Melters in pouring molten metal into molds, removing hot, solidified metal from molds, and welding lifting lugs onto raw materials. A successful candidate will need to demonstrate an eagerness to learn and to be challenged. Strong communication, commitment to teamwork, and attention to detail are also important in this role.
