Description

Member Engagement Associates relish working with people and consistently provide a five‑star customer service experience to all members and guests. They establish rapport, build relationships, spread joy and optimism, and improve member retention by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations day in and day out.

Availability: Closing Shift (11pm)

Responsibilities

• Check‑in all members and guests, answer questions, offer suggestions and provide administrative needs in a friendly manner.
• Maintain white‑glove standards for cleanliness of front lobby and cafe areas.
