The Member Engagement, Experience & Strategy Manager is a strategic and cross-functional staff member responsible for developing and enhancing the member journey through integrated engagement strategies, compelling messaging, and data-informed decision-making. This role will lead efforts to define and communicate the member value proposition, optimize engagement across platforms, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement, satisfaction, and growth.
