Member Experience Coordinator

CPA Ontario is seeking aMember Experience Coordinator that is self-motivated, collaborative, innovative, and positive professional to support the day to day operations of key Member Experience programs for Members and Students. The Member and Student Experience Coordinator will be a key member of the team and will report to the Manager of Engagement and Programs.

In this role, the coordinator will work closely with the Manager, Engagement and Programs, and the broader Member Experience team to support engagement strategies and initiatives that influence key performance indicators. The role partners closely with teams across Marketing, Communications, Digital, IT, and Regulations and Standards to support the effective delivery of programs and services.
