You’ll manage schedules, inspire their growth, and ensure our "Culture of Care" is felt on every square foot of the purple turf. What You Bring to the Table: * Certified Expert: You hold a current PT certification (NASM, ACE, etc.) or can quickly attain one FREE OF CHARGE by working with us! * The "Framingham Factor": You are outgoing, honest, and thrive in a fast-paced MetroWest environment. * Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating fitness tech and management software. * Availability: You understand that fitness happens when our members are off work—flexibility is key.
