Member of Technical Staff - ML / Agents

Overview

:As a Member of Technical Staff - Machine Learning/Agents, you will work to create new agentive AI experiences in Copilot. You may be responsible for developing new methods to train agentive LLM capabilities, evaluating LLMs, and new user-facing features in Copilot. You should be comfortable create Reinforcement Learning data, fine tuning, or training classifiers or engineering prompts to support the Copilot experience. We’re looking for someone with experience in machine learning, software engineering, as well as an effective communicator and great teammate. The right candidate takes the initiative, is user-centered and enjoys building world-class consumer experiences and products in a fast-paced environment.
