Member Service Representative


HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Member Service Representative to fill an opening in Orange, California. 



Daily Responsibilities for Member Service Representative:
  • The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the first line of contact for CalOptima Health’s members and providers.
  • Program Support Participates in a mission-driven culture of high-quality performance, with a member focus on customer service, consistency, dignity and accountability.
  • Assists the team in carrying out department responsibilities and collaborates with others to support short and long-term goals/priorities for the department.
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Required Qualifications for Member Service Representative:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • STRONG preference for bilingual candidates (any language)
  • 6 months of TRUE call center ...
