OAD Webmaster - if your candidate cannot find the email, they can search this alias. “OAD - Michigan First Credit Union utilizes a survey program which measures employee work related temperaments and job behaviors. Our goal is to use this information to better understand, manage, and motivate people at all levels of the company. The OAD Survey is not a test - there are no right or wrong answers, it cannot be passed or failed. It is not a performance appraisal measure, nor does it measure skills or intellect. The Survey takes about 10 - 15 minutes to complete. In Section One, you will see a list of 110 adjectives. The directions will instruct you to check those words which you believe describe yourself.
