System One is seeking a Member Services Representative to serve as primary point of contact for members and visitors at a local Credit Union in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate:
+ Is personable and outgoing while maintaining a patient, positive, and professional demeanor.
+ Can accurately convey information regarding Credit Union products and services.
+ Responds to member account inquiries and requests.
+ Cross-sells or refers products and services based on needs identification.
+ Responds to basic account inquiries.
+ Maintains the integrity of all members’ records in a confidential manner.
Important Details:
+ Contract-to-hire opportunity with possibility of conversion to a permanent position after 520 hours worked.
+ Pay rate range: $24.36 - 27.41/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
+ Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
