As a Collections Solutions Specialist, you will build relationships with members to assist them during difficult and often stressful times. You will actively engage in problem-solving, identify options to help members get back on track to ensure a solid financial future, and help minimize losses to both the member and the credit union.

+ Provide outstanding, helpful service in every member interaction, displaying sensitivity and proactively seeking alternatives to assist members.
+ Contact members by telephone, through written communication, and occasionally in-person interactions.
