As a Member Specialist for New Business & Revisions, you'll play a vital role in helping plan sponsors manage their employee benefits program. Join our Group Benefits Operations team where you'll combine exceptional customer service with technical expertise to implement new business and manage member data changes for clients in the National Groups segment and SunSolutions.

What will you do?

  • Process new business implementations or changes in compliance with accuracy and timeliness standards
  • Respond to inquiries from Clients and internal partners
  • Evaluate and negotiate deadlines to meet Clients' expectations
  • Share knowledge and technical expertise with peers, colleagues and partners
  • Perform necessary research to resolve and investigate Clients issues
