Position Overview:

The Membership Analyst position provides support to the organization for all initiatives related to administering and maintaining records related to Membership Administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer membership information in alignment with contract terms and established guidelines.
  • Review contract requirements to verify customer eligibility and make necessary updates in internal systems to ensure accurate contract pricing.
  • Conduct membership roster audits and compare results against internal records to support data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the resolution of membership discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Follow contract membership policies and escalate instances of non‑compliance to management as needed.
