Membership Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity available for an energetic and passionate individual to join the Penrith Panthers Membership team, as a Membership Coordinator, on a casual basis.

As the first point of contact, you will be the face of Panthers for many of our members who are renewing their memberships or joining Panthers for the first time. You will be an exceptional team player with strong product knowledge and will strive to make sure our members are the number one priority. You will be responsible for the coordination of Membership operations and assisting customers with their purchases and enquiries. You will engage customers with your enthusiasm and passion for your products, and will maintain high levels of customer service at all times.

• Coordination of membership footy hub
