Role Overview

Responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and development of the organization's membership CRM (HubSpot) and supporting WordPress website. The role is primarily focused on CRM, data integrity, integrations, reporting, and member operations (approximately 75%), with secondary responsibility for website content management and performance (approximately 25%). Works closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to support membership growth, engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
