Membership Director

Overview

The Full Time Membership Director plays an important role in accelerating growth for a territory of KidStrong Centers. This position is ultimately responsible for meeting and exceeding goals and targets related to member growth, retention, and community engagement. The Membership Director will demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for the KidStrong brand and curriculum in order to meet and exceed sales goals. The Membership Director must have a laser focus on meeting and exceeding numbers and be obsessed with lead generation and follow up. Flawless maintenance of company generated leads is a must. Dedication to building the lead pipeline through community engagement and self-generated partnerships is required. This is not a 9a-5p job. For the Membership Director to be successful, making calls and interacting with parents when they are available (mornings, evenings, and weekends) is required.
