The opportunity
As part of the Clients & Industries, MENA Assurance team, you would have to handle multiple responsibilities like Project Management, Reporting & Analysis, Delivery management, Client relationship management, etc. The role requires a comparable work experience, strong excel and visualization skills, work ethic and attention to detail for as the team has a high focus on accuracy and timeliness.
The role also requires effective communication skills, including communication over emails and Skype, aiming to support the business and its leaders, especially Partners and Senior Management, through reporting, data analysis and providing insights.
Your key responsibilities
Develop meaningful and actionable analysis from the reports, perform trend analysis, KPI dashboards and forecasts.Prepare various reports related to sales & pipeline and present to the leadership team.Revenue reportingProject CoordinationRevenue Planning supportPipeline hygiene and chaser emailCollating action points from leadership meeting and driving their executionInternal review of deliverablesSuggesting value adds and automation support Note: This above list of activities are not exhaustive but only give an indication of the nature of the project.

5-8 years work experience in financial services industry having exposure to business process management (BPM), consulting, research and/or some corporate strategy.Experience in Project coordination or Project Management – Capable of engaging in effectively multiple stakeholders, understanding the objectives of their programs and initiativesExcellent Reporting and Analytical skills – Previous experience and proven ability to read, understand and sanitize the data, build reports or dashboards and provide insights from the data, capable of identifying probable areas of automation and implementing them.Presentation and facilitation skills - Ability to drive meetings, build presentations that interpret the data, creating valuable business insights and delivering the message to the stakeholdersProcess improvement – Identify opportunities to optimize the process for quicker TATs, better quality, more insights, etcExperience working with Business leadersMS Office skills: Advanced level experience in Excel reporting & PowerPoint- Process automation skills using Excel VBAWorking knowledge on data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etcContent management – Familiar with maintenance of SharePoint/ VNext sites, preparation of newsletters, managing surveys etc. What we look for
