Mental Health Clinician Department: Social Services Job Status: Full-Time Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Days Worked: Mon., Tue., Wed., Thu., Fri. Rate of Pay: $108,160.00 - $112,320.00 Annually Position Type: Full-Time Status: Accepting Applications Position Description Are you passionate about supporting individuals through mental health challenges and helping them achieve meaningful outcomes? We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team and provide individualized clinical care, therapeutic interventions, and psychoeducation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health services. What You'll Do Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments for individuals served. Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions tailored to the population served. Deliver crisis assessment and intervention as needed. Document services and progress in compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Participate as an active member of the multidisciplinary team, contributing to treatment planning and discharge planning. Ensure treatment approaches are developmentally appropriate and aligned with individual needs. What We're Looking For Education Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required). Experience Two (2) years of experience with the population served (preferred). Licenses/Certifications Licensed or license-eligible in the appropriate discipline (required). Why Join Us?
