About the Opportunity

As a result of growth and new funding, we are expanding our Mental Health portfolio with a range of newly created positions, including Lived and Living Experience Lead, Service Access Officer, and Community Navigators. To support this expansion, IMPACT Community Services is seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join us as our Mental Health Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager of Health and Support, you will lead a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, including a dedicated lived experience workforce. This role covers the Wide Bay, Fraser Coast, and Burnett regions, providing an opportunity to apply creativity and strategy to lead place-based, contemporary mental health supports. Regional travel is a key part of this role as you connect with teams across our various locations.

About You

You are a self-motivated leader who excels at achieving outcomes while remaining a dedicated team player. You are the right fit for this role if you:

  • Have qualifications in Leadership, Management, Mental Health or similar.
  • Have demonstrated experience in leading teams across multiple sites.
  • Enjoy contributing to strategy, the development of new ideas, and continuous improvement.
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills and a commitment to great customer service.
