Mental Health Therapist (Nevada)

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and/or groups.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support the overall well-being of clients.
• Work with children and adults.

• Must have a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling, or a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.
• Must have an active, or can obtain, an unrestricted clinical license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist in the STATE OF NEVADA.
• Have a desire to work with a wide variety of clients and clinical presentations despite age or gender.
• Have an open mind and be willing to learn.
• Be a productive team member with a positive attitude who is willing to collaborate with others.
• Must be willing to provide a state business license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership.
• Ensure all documentation is completed on time.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong ethical standards.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
