This role provides practical support, problem-solving and guides/coaches a caseload to enable participants to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Duties

• Mentor and support parents in individual sessions
• Run events locally to attract participants
• Assess participants needs and identify activities to support goals
• Lead group sessions in the community
• Connect participants with support/community resources and support networks to overcome challenges

What are we looking for?

• Lived experience (eg as a parent, carer, provider, community work etc)
• Cert III in a relevant field (eg community services, mental health, employment services) or willingness to work towards one
