Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting Mentors in Dorchester to work with learners from Key Stage 3 up to Post-16. This is a creative and fulfilling role where you’ll build strong, trusting relationships and help young people engage in activities that inspire them-whether personal, educational, or career-focused.

As a Mentor, you will:

  • Support young people to build confidence, develop life skills, and explore their interests.

  • Plan and deliver engaging, personalised sessions that motivate and empower learners.

  • Help learners set and work towards goals for their personal, academic, or professional development.

  • Foster positive relationships and act as a consistent, reliable role model.
