Role Overview

As a BIM Coordinator, you will contribute to the creation and coordination of digital building services models and drawings, working under the guidance of the owner of the business, this role will offer 1 on 1 training with lots of develpoment and exposure to working on complex and detailed MEP Models.

Majority of the business is working on large scale Data Centre projects where you will be working on RIBA stage 3 - 6 models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate engineered designs into accurate and coordinated outputs using Revit, AutoCAD, and associated BIM tools.
  • Apply coordination principles with close attention to spatial and technical detail.
  • Develop your understanding of MEP systems, building services design, and their integration within broader design systems and frameworks.
  • Support Engineering delivery across project work stages, particularly RIBA Stages 5 - 6.
