 Key Responsibilities

· Lead the design, modeling, and coordination of HVAC systems using Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

· Review and validate mechanical drawings, specifications, and design inputs for accuracy and compliance.

· Provide technical leadership in clash detection, system optimization, and interdisciplinary coordination.

· Prepare and oversee shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details.

· Ensure adherence to international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, CIBSE, ISO 19650) and project-specific requirements.

· Conduct quality checks, audits, and performance reviews of HVAC models and deliverables.

· Mentor and guide junior HVAC engineers and BIM modelers.

· Participate in global coordination meetings with architects, structural engineers, and contractors.

· Support quantity take-offs, BOQs, and schedules from BIM models.

· Document and maintain project records for handover and facility management.

��️ Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

· 8–12 years of experience in HVAC design and BIM modeling, with international project exposure (USA, UK, Middle East preferred).

· Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD; knowledge of Dynamo scripting is an advantage.

· Strong understanding of HVAC systems design, ducting, piping, and equipment layouts.

· Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, CIBSE, and ISO-compliant workflows.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills for remote collaboration with global teams.

· Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver under tight deadlines.

· Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.

· Exposure to 4D/5D BIM workflows and facility management integration.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work effectively in a remote setup with international stakeholders.
