MEP Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on luxury residential and high-rise projects.

The ideal candidate will come from a contracting background , have strong on-site leadership skills, and be capable of delivering projects to the highest quality, safety, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP construction activities from project initiation to handover
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
• Ensure MEP works comply with project specifications, drawings, local codes, and international standards
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and sequencing of MEP works in line with project timelines
