Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for high-end villa construction projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator
  • Strong experience in villa or residential projects (mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of local authority regulations and MEP standards

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with luxury or high-end villa projects
  • Knowledge of authority approvals and inspections
