Your new company

One of Ireland's leading main contractors based in Dublin that has a variety of commercial, industrial, healthcare, hotel and residential projects. They are a company which has a select number of M&E Sub-Contractors and ensure that services installations are of the utmost importance to the construction team. They are looking to appoint an M&E Coordinator to their Dublin team.

Your new role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the coordination of all building services activities between the construction team.
  • You will be responsible for managing the M&E Contractors' installation, testing and commissioning of both mechanical and electrical services.
  • You will chair meetings, liaise with consultants, ensure all RFI's are dealt with etc.
