Role Summary 

As a Cost Manager for Data Centre Projects with an MEP focus, you will support the full range of cost management activities across data‑centre developments. This includes cost planning, tendering, procurement support, and post‑contract cost control. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the project remains on budget and progresses smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

  • Demonstrate good knowledge of pre‑contract and post‑contract cost management processes.
  • Support estimating, cost planning, and rate analysis—including helping prepare and present cost plans to clients.
  • Assist with tendering and procurement activities such as preparing tender documents, reviewing bids, conducting tender analysis, and compiling contract documentation.
